- What are your normal business hours?
- We’re fully staffed 8AM–5PM Monday-Fri, but you can reach our emergency team 24/7.
- Do you provide emergency service & repairs?
- Yes. Call us any time day or night to get help with your electrical emergency. Our friendly dispatch team will send our nearest electrician to assist you.
- How do we reach you after normal business hours?
- Our dispatch team works around the clock out of our Macon office. You can reach them by calling 478-745-5400.
- Do you hang chandeliers & ceiling fans?
- Every day. Call us and we’ll install yours professionally.
- Do you sell & install emergency generators?
- We do carry & install generators for both our residential and commercial customers, including stand-by generator systems that kick in the moment you lose power.
- Is any job too small or too big?
- There is no job too small or too large for our staff of experienced electricians. We can solve any electrical issue properly and quickly, almost always on the first visit.
- Do you guarantee your work?
- Absolutely. If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with our workmanship, no matter how long the installation has been in service, we will repair or replace such to your full satisfaction.
- Do you accept checks or credit cards?
- Yes. We accept MASTERCARD, VISA, Discover, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. We accept checks in some circumstances.
